A delicate Chinese green tea with soft floral notes, fresh-cut grass aroma, subtle hints of ground elder, and the sweet nectar-like finish of meadow clover.

This tea comes from the famed Huangshan (“Yellow Mountain”) region in Anhui, China. Its name, Mao Feng, translates to "Fur Peak" in English — referring to the fine downy hairs on the young leaf buds and the pointed shape of the leaves.

Huangshan Mao Feng is considered one of China’s top ten most famous teas and is often presented as a national gift. Grown at an elevation of 800 meters, the tea is handpicked in early spring — selecting only the tender bud and one newly opened leaf.
