Shui Xian is a classic rock oolong from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China. Known for its naturally sweet and warming character, this tea is full-bodied and aromatic, with a satisfying aftertaste that lingers.
It is one of the more traditional Wuyi oolong cultivars and a great introduction to the world of Yancha – full of depth, but balanced and easy to enjoy.

How to Brew Wuyi Rock Tea:
Western Style:
