Jasmine Silver Needle

A gentle jasmine tea with floral nectar sweetness and a pronounced jasmine aroma.

This is Yin Zhen white tea scented with jasmine flowers. Yin Zhen (Silver Needle) is a white tea made exclusively from young leaf buds.

During the jasmine blooming season, freshly picked jasmine flower buds are layered over the tea leaves. Overnight, the buds open and release their fragrance, which the tea slowly absorbs. In the morning, the flowers are removed. This process is repeated several times.

This white tea has been laid beneath a bed of fresh jasmine flowers for seven consecutive nights, marrying the sweet white tea with fresh, fragrant jasmine aroma, resulting in an especially intense jasmine fragrance.
