Moonlight White is a white tea from Yunnan province, China. The tea leaves are slowly withered and dried without direct sunlight. During this process, the tea naturally undergoes some oxidation, giving the leaves and liquor a darker colour than many other white teas. Its flavour is reminiscent of black tea with milk and honey.
